Production:

Kontrax is a recognized producer of assembled computers for the Bulgarian market.

In view of offering quality assembled computers to its customers Kontrax developed a good production structure, out of which:
•    Own production facilities for assembly of PCs – a production plant of a daily production capacity to assemble and test PCs and software installation of up to 300 assembled computer systems;
•   Quality assurance system, on the basis of the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system implemented by Kontrax with includes methods for input control of the invested components and output control of the end products;
•    A system for short term delivery, installation and commissioning of the computer systems for big state organizations and corporate customers on the territory of the whole country. With the help of its service network Kontrax is in a position to supply and install on the spot up to 1000 computer systems for one business day.
•    In view of ensuring the compatibility of the produced computer systems Kontrax has tested and certified the assembled computer systems both according to the electromagnetic emissions and safety standards (CE) and according to the standards of the most widely spread operation system of Microsoft© – Windows XP® (MS Windows X Compatibility List). Currently Kontrax is testing and preparing for certification assembled systems compatible with the Microsoft© – MS Vista® operation system, which will soon appear at the market.
