A ne forum in Plovdiv gathered about 50 chairmen of Municipal Councils from the whole country, in order to discuss the matters related to the optimization of the administrative processes in their institutions. The event organized by "NAMRB - Activ" and KONTRAX, on 22 March, was open by the Chairman of the Municipal Council of Plovdiv, Atanas Uzunov.
For the first work session the focus was set on the digitalization, as the participants had the chance to learn more about solutions and projects for the modernization of the municipalities. Dragomir Manov, Development Activity Director, and Alexander Stamenov, Account Manager, Kontrax, were the key speakers, who presented the advantages of the products that save time and resources, as well as contribute to the entire optimizations of the processes, including the electronic meetings and voting in the Municipal Councils.
The Chairmen of the Municipal Councils of Sliven and Kazanlak, Dimitar Mitev and Nikolay Zlatanov, shared their experience in working with the Information System for Municipal Councils provided by Kontrax. A live demonstration was also organized to create a real working environment that simulates a meeting of a Municipal Council, and the functions and capabilities of the platform were presented.
Mario Dinkov, Director of Products and Solutions Department at Dahua Bulgaria, presented smart solutions for city environment with the use of artificial intelligence. The Technical Director of EVOLINK, Kalin Nikolov, demonstrated the actual online broadcasting of the meetings of the Municipal Councils and Committees.
The event included also a Q&A session, where the participants had the opportunity to discuss specific cases related to the digitalization of the processes regarding the local governance.
