You can access the Contact Center of Sofia City Municipality using also the free mobile application developed by Kontrax

Sofia citizens may already use the free mobile application on the platform of Sofia City Municipality for alerts – Contact Center – call.sofia.bg.

The application „Call Sofiа – Contact Center of Sofia City Municipality “ is accessible for the Android and iOS users through Google play and App Store. You have access to the application through your Google, Facebook profiles or in way of one-time registration in it.

The citizens may send signals to Sofia City Municipality for non-emergency alerts regarding deviations in the town environment; these alerts are divided by types and considering the present situation, there is also a special section COVID-19 that can be used for alarming in case of violations on the adopted anti-epidemic measures on the territory of Sofia City Municipality. The mobile version of the Contact Center has also a function for sending an application for volunteering work against COVID-19, which is active through the Desktop application of the Contact Center.

The Contact Center of Sofia City Municipality is created at the end of year 2014 by the KONTRAX team as a platform offering the users an option for sending non-emergency alerts. It is available 24/7. From its start till now the platform is used for sending 197 829 alerts. When the citizens send an alert through the platform, they receive an official registration number and can track its processing, as well as the relevant replies for the actions undertook by the Municipality. The platform is integrated with the administrative and information system of the Municipality and the alerts are directed to the units responsible for the relevant problem, which the alert refers to.
