Post-warranty maintenance of the public terminals (KIOSK) bought under the project “Modernization of the Service Provision System”
Under the contract, 108 devices located in 108 offices of the EA in the country are to be maintained.
The aim is to maintain the high quality of the delivered equipment corresponding to modern information technologies, by professional maintenance of the Employment Agency’s equipment
Technical maintenance by KONTRAX includes the following activities:
Receiving service requests, site visits, diagnostics, delivery of spare parts, repair of devices, maintenance over a certain period of time. Proneness to failure analysis and suggestions for improving the level of availability and the manner of maintenance and operation of the kiosks.
In order to ensure quality implementation of services, KONTRAX has performed:
- Receiving and registration of failure notices
- Deciding on the priority of implementation of the respective call, if several requests have been received simultaneously
- Maintaining a card-index of service cards (a document containing all attributes of the repaired technical device by request, declared and established failure, spare parts used and services rendered) for service accountability.
- Receiving and servicing requests, confirming the acceptance of the request and submitting information on the expected date and time of visit.
Deadline for resolving a problem: no more than 3 hours and 15 minutes (in business hours) within the working hours of the Employment Agency.
