Delivery by rent of 221 computer configurations /desktops with monitors/, 119 multifunction devices and 102 printers with network connectivity, and service maintenance for the entire term of the contract, including supplies, for the needs of the Employment Agency and its territorial units.
221 computers, monitors, system and office software, 119 MFDs, 102 A3 printers were rented under the contract and located at the offices of the EA in the country.

Solution
The scope of the contract is the provision of computer systems Fujitsu Esprimo, monitors Fujitsu 24”, licenses for MS Windows operating systems and MS Office software, as well as peripherals, together with consumables needed for the entire contract period.
Delivery and installation of the systems was carried out within seven days of signing the contract, including the activation of licenses of the supplied software.
Technical warranty maintenance by KONTRAX includes the following activities:
receiving service requests, site visits, diagnostics, delivery of spare parts, repair of devices, maintenance every three months. Delivery of consumables and consumable spare parts amounting to more than 2 million copies per month.
In order to ensure quality implementation of services, KONTRAX has performed:
- Receiving and registration of failure notices
- Deciding on the priority of implementation of the respective call, if several requests have been received simultaneously
- Regular maintenace of devices, cleaning, testing. Receiving and servicing requests, confirming the acceptance of the request and submitting information on the expected date and time of visit
The delivery of consumables and consumable spare parts for printers is being done within a period of 2 working days of the request.
Response time – up to one working day. Deadline for removal of a fault: no more than two working days within the working hours of the Employment Agency.
